For those familiar with the Seattle area, it's in the Greenlake neighborhood, our first choice in locations.
We probably drove our real estate agent Mark Emily a bit crazy with our specific coordinates (i.e. We only want to be in Greenlake between these 4 square blocks).
The house has been a work in progress for the past few months, plenty of projects that should keep us busy for the next few months... err, years. See upcoming posts...
